In order to provide a specific Service, it will be necessary for the Client to provide us with information, as and when this is required, we can request it.
Generally speaking, we will rely on information transmitted via e-mail as this is the one of the most accessible tools of communication. Just about everyone has, at work or home, or knows someone that can allow them access to the internet and e-mail.
This is a conscious choice for the following reasons:

Information can be transmitted over great distances almost instantaneously

Information is secure

Documents can be attached to e-mails

Elminates the need to print unless physically required
We are trying to be 'green' and save the trees by lmiting our use of paper. For all it can be better because it can mean less space to archive, less cost to archive, less cost of paper, less cost of envelopes, less cost of stamps. We hope that we can encourage others to be the same way.
Of course if there is a need to communicate by telephone or fax, other lines of communication can be opened, but our preferred method will always be via computer.
At some point in the future, our ultimate objective is to present ourselves in person to the Client, to sit down with them, perhaps to take a coffee and discuss how best we can meet their requirements. Unfortunately this can only be achieved depending on when the Client next comes to sunny Spain.
